why would you want fake chanel or dior? you can get it on ebay. dior is easier to replicate because a lot of their jewelry is acrylic. also, real dior jewelry is inexpensive. it's all considered costume jewelry. chanel jewelry is also considered costume jewelry, but is much more expensive.

you should buy the real ones, they aren't very expensive, considering their quality and how good it looks...but if you want cheaper ones you can buy the really beautiful jewelry at sephora, but they usually have lipgloss or blush in it. It's like a cute charm bracelet or neckalace with maybe a heart or snowflake, etc, and you can open it up to use the makeup. It isn't obvious that it has makeup though so no one will know. They go for about $60' www.sephora.com good luck!

It's not the cubic zirconia that's the problem, it's the metal on the posts. If your friend is allergic to poor quality metal, she will need stainless steel, sterling silver, or at least 14K gold posts on her earrings so she can wear them. Check the label on the earrings to see what the metal is.

Well, its not necessarily the gem (CZ) that she's allergic to. It is the nickel element found in the metals she's wearing. Fake silver and fake gold jewelery aren't that great. If you can find CZ earrings that are "nickel free", that would be great! You can find "nickel free" CZ earrings at any Claire's or Icing store and they're always there! If you have trouble finding "nickel free" earrings, opt for "Surgical Steel" which is perfectly safe for anyone. It should say it on the earring package/holder. She should be perfectly fine! Just avoid things like "24k gold plated" and so on....

What she is most likely actually allergic to is nickel, a metal found in a lot of "cheaper" jewelry (including sterling silver, etc). You need to find out if the earrings you bought for her have posts made of a nickel-containing metal. In the future, I would suggest buying her earrings (and other pieces of jewelry) made of gold, white gold, or, in the case of earring posts, something like surgical-grade steel. If you go into an earring shop, they will often have an entire section of earrings for "sensistive ears"--these will likely be nickel-free and safe for your friend to wear, and won't break your bank account like an expensive jewlery shop's stuff might.

Its the thought that counts. If you care about getting fake jewelry and its a problem it just shows how selfish you are. sometimes its kinda cute to get a 25 cent ring or a bracelet that is a couple bucks. You dont have to wear it but its a memory you share with your loved one :)

Unless it's something that I've really been wanting or for little girls, I think it's tacky. Some women are all decked with accessories and everything matches but unless you know their taste, it's hard to buy fake jewelry for someone and be successful at pulling it off. If you can't afford the real stuff or don't want to put the effort into it, get them something else.
